At Matsato, we want you to feel at home with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Matsato account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
